1 · Who runs this site

This site is operated by ALL Motors Oy, business ID 2773112-9, VAT number FI27731129. Registered office and postal address: Valuraudantie 23, 00700 Helsinki.

2 · The content of the site

Information about services, equipment and opening hours is given as a general description. We try to keep it current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is accurate or complete at all times.

Nothing on the site is an offer, a commitment, or professional advice you could rely on alone when making a decision about a vehicle. The condition of a vehicle can only be established by inspecting it.

3 · Estimates and quotes

A preliminary estimate given on the site or over the phone is based on what you have told us and binds neither party. A binding price is given only after the vehicle has been inspected and the fault identified.

The way we work is that once the fault is diagnosed we give a fixed price for the job, and the work begins only after you have accepted it.

4 · The enquiry form

Sending the form is a request to be contacted. It is not an order, a booking or a contract, and it does not oblige us to take on the work. We will get in touch and agree what happens next by phone.

Only send us your own details, or details you are entitled to pass on. Please do not type sensitive information into the free-text box. How we handle the form is described in the Privacy policy.

5 · Intellectual property

The text, images, marks and design of this site belong to ALL Motors Oy or its licensors. You are welcome to browse the site and print its content for your own use. Copying, republishing or commercially exploiting the content without permission is not allowed.

6 · Links to other sites

The site contains links to and embeds from third-party services such as maps and video. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Once you move to them, that service’s own terms apply.

7 · Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, from it being temporarily unavailable, or from a decision based on the general information published here.

This limitation does not restrict any rights a consumer has under mandatory law, nor liability that cannot be limited by law.

8 · Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. We aim to settle any dispute by talking first — write to info@allmotors.fi.

A consumer may take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or bring an action in the district court of their own domicile. Otherwise disputes are heard in the Helsinki District Court.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, and the date is shown at the top.
